Secure on-line registration is available, however you may also print out and mail this registration form, enclosing either (1) a cheque drawn in US dollars on a US bank or (2) a US dollar money order. Note that cheques and money orders must be in US dollars. To pay by credit card you must register on-line.

The deadline for receipt of mail-in registrations is February 24. On-line registration with lodging will be available until February 24. On-line registration without lodging and without a copy of the proceedings will be available until March 17. On-site lodging is available on a first-come-first-served basis. Room availability cannot be guaranteed. Nor can accommodations payments be refunded unless your room is taken by another participant.
